Telflammar Shadowlord in a 3.X game

If a player has Shadow Pounce, a Blink Shirt (totemist), and Dimensional Dervish would full attack (considering an 11 BAB) would he execute full attacks at the end of each teleport or at the end of the last teleport? If I'm interpreting correctly it's in between, but that seems dumb and someone should tell me I'm wrong

After each Teleport he gets to make a full attack (if he has an enemy in range of course^^). Can also be achieved by adding Shadow hand Maneuvers, btw, for more shadow fun. :)

Thats basicly the whole reason for Telflammar Shadowlord being used, given its horrible prerequisite feats.
