Hey playground, I know that Southern Magician is a thing, but I swear to god there was another way to achieve its effect through feats. Am I just wrong? Is it the only feat that functions this way?

There is a dragon magazine feat that will allow you to prepare arcane spells as divine and vise versa (so long as you have arcane and divine spells).

It's called Alternate Spell Source.
