Red vs Blue: What did epsilon do to himself

so at the end of season 13 epsilon gives a speech. in this speech he talks about destroying his memories and deconstructing him self. but all of this is really just him being vague. so what do you people think he actually did after powering up the armor. also why does it seem that no one in the group has seen this massage. they never mention it.

I think he erased his memory an downloaded himself some were else or he became a new alpha.

It’s not vague at all. Episilon sacrificed himself to save the rest of the team by fragmenting further into short lived AI fragments of a fragment. We don’t see what happens but in the next episode to further the timeline they give an account of everyone suddenly feeling tremendously capable and knowing what to do, only to go away after the fight.

At the time they explained Burnie wasn’t going to do voices anymore and this was meant to beEpsilon’s heroic exit. Season 15 makes it pretty clear. Epsilon is dead.
