Hello All,

There's a monster (I think it's a construct) that I'm aware of whose purpose is to keep time-meddling adventurers in check. It has Time Stop as the big staple in its repetoire. I think it's CR 9. Does someone know in what sourcebook this monster can be found?

Sounds like a Quarut (from fiend folio, pg 102) that one's CR17 though. I don't think you'll find a CR9 creature capable of casting time stop though.

Fiend Folio: Quarut. CR 17 though.

The Zelekhut (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/inevitable.htm#zelekhut) is CR 9
