can't delete this thread for some reason. was able to get it by a restore function, thankfully it was one of the two files that was backed up. probably going to set up full-computer backups now! whew!
long story short.
Wanted to do a thing to a PDF document.
couldn't do it with the Adobe Reader X that i have.
installed adobe reader DC to try it there.
It deletes my Adobe Reader X before installing.
Can't do the thing i want to do in DC.
uninstall DC.
can't get X back. would like Adobe Reader X back.
Help?
Edit: was able to go to Computer > Adobe > Restore previous versions and find the adobe X file. copied it, and even used winRAR to extract it back into the adobe file. does not seem to want to function properly as default however. will attempt reboot.
edit 2: Reboot did not help.
