Bard or Deathmaster + Mage of the Arcane Order

If I enter the Mage of the Arcane Order prestige class using a Bard (with arcane preparation feat) or a Death master can I cast spells not normally on my list by using the spell pool? Under the Spell pool description it says the spell pool can provide any spell on the wizard/sorcerer list in the PHB, as well as other potential spells.

It can supply it, doesn't necessarily mean you can cast it.
