Freezing sphere

My question is this can i cast freezing sphere give it to my ranger partner and they can make range attack with it?. Like they add there hit damage as range attack with my spell damage? The spell says i can give it to someone to use but doesnt mention let them add to hit to it.

If you mean Otiluke's Freezing Sphere, then yes, you can give it to someone else. They can't make ranged attack with it, though, because it's not attack spell, but save spell. There's not much of a point, outside action economy, because thether thrown by hand or shot by sling, the range is much smaller than when cast normally.
