Is there a template for ghost oozes?

Do all oozes go to heaven?

Thread in title. Got curious because both the ghost and ghost brute template specify a lot of types to which you can apply them, but ooze isn't one of them.

Awakened oozes (from the Dragon magazine) become aberrations and then can become a regular ghost. I am unaware of any ghost templates that work on base oozes though

Just DM fiat. Base them off of Don Bluth's 1989 movie "All Goos Go to Heaven". Touching story about a literal slimeball who proves that it isn't a figurative slimeball after all.
