Item Help?

K, so here's the deal; my character was effectively gifted with a flower from a nature deity of my campaign's world and while it is normal at the moment, my character wants to have it is enchanted for the sad druid of the group as a "getter better" sort of deal.
I was wanting to know what I should have it enchanted with/to be. Here are the pre-decided concepts for the flower.
It will be a hairpiece kinda deal(head slot)
The item will be enchanted through requested blessings of the goddess that gave the flower to em(this is just there for story purposes)
There is effectively nothing beyond that.
Please help, I genuinely have no idea on what to place on this item T~T

Give it the effects of a Circlet of Persuasion (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#circletofPersuasion). It benefits Diplomacy, Bluff, and even Wild Empathy. He can use Bone Talisman (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mb/20040721a) for the turn undead mode, and it will benefit the turning checks as well.

could be enchanted as a +Wis item (what caster doesn't love more of their casting stat)
