Are there any other ways to get mage armor than I can think of here?

1) 1 level in Wizard
2) 1 level in Sorcerer
3) Warlock invocation
4) Magic Initiate
5) Ally casts it on you

Bards can snatch it with their magical secrets. Arcane Tricksters and Eldritch Knights can get it, too.

Mystics in Force Mastery have Inertial Armor, which is nearly the same - it's Base AC of 14+Dex Modifier, IIRC.

Stone Sorcerers (UA) have a class feature that is essentially Mage armor, except it is "base AC of 13 + your Constitution modifier" instead of Dexterity, at level 1.

Barbarians have Unarmored defense which is 10 + Dex mod + Con mod
Monks have something similar which is 10 + Dex mod + Wis mod

Hardly the most efficient way, but you could always use a spell scroll.

Might be some other magic items that let the user cast mage armor X times per day, but I can't think of any off the top of my head and don't have my DMG handy. Staff of the Magi, maybe? Which would be even less practical than amassing spell scrolls, but still...

There's a staff in the starter kit adventure that let's a wizard cast it without using their own resources.

A Ring of Spell Storing with Mage Armor and a couple Shield/Absorb Elements spells would be pretty handy.

To piggyback off of these there's also Draconic Sorcerer and its 13+dex unarmored AC.

Or be a lizardfolk, or take the Draconic Hide feat.

Tortle for an AC just set to 17.

In the "similar abilities" list, 1 level of barbarian + a high CON can get you an AC of 12-13 + dex bonus without armor, ditto for 1 level of monk + high WIS.
