Half-fey in Fiend Folio, Half Nymph & Half Satyr Dragon 313, and Unseelie Fey Dragon 304.

The best way to use it is using Feytouched as a base race and then upgrade using this transition template thing: http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20040319a

Off-sets the LA a bit while netting you full on mind-affecting immunity rather than just enchantment immunity.
