I'm looking through PoW, and I'm not seeing any healing strikes/stances on any of the classes/disciplines.

Surely I'm missing them somewhere?

Pretty sure PoW healing is the Medic class in some pdf you have to download, other than that the closest you get to healing in PoW is like Silver Crane, a good-only martial discipline thats more general holy martial arts and doesn't have any specialized healing martial discipline, with only a few moves with any healing at all.

Thanks, so Silver Crane is the discipline.

But I'm looking through the classes on d20pfsrd and none of them have Silver Crane? Is there a swap method I'm missing?

I'm trying to build what is basically a Crusader - Full BAB with a smattering of combat healing. And be Evil (LE pref, but NE or CE might do)

Edit: Oh, and no Charisma.. Base it off any other stat.

You'll want an Ordained Defender (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/path-of-war/classes/warder/warder-archetypes/ordained-defender/) Warder (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/path-of-war/classes/warder/) or Angel of Mercy Medic (sadly not on the pfsrd yet) for free access to Silver Crane with all the feel of the 3.5 crusader.

Otherwise any class can swap a discipline for silver crane via the Unorthodox Method (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/path-of-war/traits/unorthodox-method-regional-any/) trait or by joining the Martial Tradition of The Empyreal Guardians (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/path-of-war/martial-traditions/empyreal-guardians/).

Healing is also available via the Radiant Dawn discipline (also sadly not on the pfsrd yet), and that is not alignment restricted.

You can, for the moment, find Radiant Dawn in this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?528186-Dreamscarred-Press-New-playtest-the-Rajah-an-akashic-initiator!) thread for the Rajah, the latest PoW class.

Hmm. It says any initiator can swap a discipline for Radiant Dawn.

And darn if that isn't completely jammed full of healing. Whole party heals on strikes with a stance, feat to heal CLvl every strike, etc.

Nice. Maybe too nice.

Radiant Dawn trades the higher damage that other disciplines have for greater utility. So is in-combat healing, worth a reduction in DPR?

Depends on the game and the rest of the party. If it's rocket-tag, probably not. If it's never-ending swarms of low-CR creatures giving The Death of A Thousand Cuts, sure.

Give up your stance so the whole party heals 4pts/round in combat? That's pretty solid at L1. At L6 it'll be more like 10hp each.

What other level 6 character can sustain (all day even) 40-60hp of healing a round for free, while still being a full-BAB melee initiator?

For the record, Silver Crane isn't good-only anymore. The errata changed that. A lot of its maneuvers have the [good] tag, though, so your GM can decide using too many of them will change your alignment.

I'm still seeing Ordained Defender requiring Good to get Silver Crane, and the errata doesn't seem to change that. ( I do see it chops a Good requirement out of Silver Crane itself).

Trait for the swap looks like the best choice while staying with PFSRD stuff.
