PF - Power Responsible for Jumping Shark CRs?

Have been using the random templated aquatic predators chart over in this thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=22570680&postcount=1) and need to know what superpower ln Golarion would cause such phenomenon to occur across Golarion's seas.

The charts make some sentient beasties and some nonsensical. Some ineffectual and some deadly lethal.

So I need an agent of chaos with an aquatic prediction. Don't want to use Besmara or Llamashtu as they've both been played out a bit in our world.
But I'm not familiar enough with Golarion lore to come up with the next power in line who might do the thing.

When it comes to jumping sharks, the ancient god Fonzerelli has a monopoly on that portfolio (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/JumpingTheShark). Expect it to signal the end of your campaign, however.

Ovonovo seems to fit - a demon lord whose favored form is a leviathan-sized demonic shark. He has clerics and can grant spells, but is otherwise a bit player (well, as "bit" as demon lords get anyway) so if you want him to be stepping his game up, you may need some plot finagling to justify it - e.g. an Outer God sponsoring him, or him consuming divine essence from somewhere (fitting for a demon shark), or stumbling across some artifact that got lost in the depths until recently etc.
