I could have used this in a campaign that culminated in fighting the (homebrew setting) Demon Prince of corruption, disease, squick, and body horror.

I disagree, I mean his Charisma is 25 after all (yes I know charisma isn't physical beauty...)

Wow he can cast dispel magic and command at will, that's pretty nuts

As long as he gets a chance to do it--action economy makes those "utility" spells less effective than one might think. Now if he can do it as a legendary action...

"150 HPs".

Ah. I knew it was given big advantages in the Mordenkainen's Mayhem battles.

Say what you want, but ~300 HPs AND 24 Wretched mooks don't make it a CR 21 encounter, even if you remove rhe Legendary actions. And against the Supreme Comnander it STILL had ~300 HPs despite the Commander being CR 14. Though technically giving a monster its max HPs doesn't really change its CR, giving it more HPs and more action economy than its opponent isn't "balancing". Or maybe it is, since the Commander beat the Sibriex and Moloch was one turn away from doing so when he died.

Anyway.

Mayhem bs aside, that monster is awesome. Definitively getting the "gross sage of the Abyss" vibe from it, it could be fun if the PCs had to go down in the Lower Planes to ask one of the Sibriexes for info only it can provide.

My only regret is that the Warp Creature ability is not more chaotic. Would have loved something with randomly selected effects like the Beholder's eye beams or the Kobold Engineer's bags of trick.

Legendary Actions:
Cast a Spell: The Sibriex can cast a spell

Ah. That part was clipped on my screen.

Emi also made a mistake like I thought she did. She misunderstood the Siberix's resistance to Lightning as immunity to Lightning.

There were also times when she couldn't close the distance so she just shot bile. But that chain attack with a range of 15 feet could also have used against the Githyanki on at least one occasion.

Yeah that probably caused her loss to the Githyanki commander. But the immunity to lightning she did not have probably caused her victory against Moloch.
