Hey guys so I would like some help with this build. I'm looking to try and keep it like it is but up for some similar options.so the build goes like this..
Human Paragon 1/ Fighter 1/ Martial Domain Wizard 2/ Human Paragon 2/ SpellSword 1/ Incantarix 3..
The level of the campaign is 10th level but the full build I have built is this...
Human Paragon 1/ Fighter 1/ Martial Domain Wizard 2/ Human Paragon 2/ SpellSword 1/ Incantarix 3/ Abjurant champion 2..
Now the build is specialising in transmutation, buff spells plus polymorph spells to make the character able to be in the brunt of the combat. It also utilizes persist spell to keep the buffs up all day long. But what I need help with is trying to be able to cast 5th level spells to be able to use Draconic Polymorph. But alas that is a 5th level spells, and this build can cast only 4th level spells until the next level, next level being 11th. Is there any suggestions to help or anything? If more help is needed I can reply with details on the build and what not to go into further detail, but just for right now if there is anything I can or could do to obtain the 5th level spells by 10th level would be great to here. Thanks guys!!!

Since you're already going so hard into high-OP land, you should really just dump the fighter and human paragon. Simply Wizard 5/Incantatrix 5 or Wizard 5/Incantatrix 3/X 2 using Arcane Disciple for the War Domain, Extra Spell if your DM lets you nab stuff off other lists, or just two levels of Wyrm Wizard for Divine Power will serve you a lot better than wasting space with levels of fighter.

If I dump fighter and human paragon then I would lose most of the BAB they would give. Would trading the BAB they offer be worth taking more wizard and incantatrix? I only need the 3 levels of incantatrix to be able to do what I want the build to do, (persisting spells such as Greater luminous armor, Draconic Polymorph, Fire/Cold Shield, death armor, ECT.) Which is why I went into Abjurant Champion to "improve" the armor bonus gained from the spells to be less likely to be hit in combat. Anyways if I did the trade what would the build be able to do persay?

Switch the levels around so spellsword comes after Incantatrix, that should let you drop the fighter level and get a level of abjurant champion in.

Selene was saying since you are using Incantatrix to persist spells, use arcane disciple(war) to get divine power, persist it and have BaB equal to your character level. Also no caster levels lost.

If you are an elf or race with martial weapon proficiency you can go into abjurant champion after level 11, 1 worse than your original build. If you're human or something and don't want to spend the feat, I'd take crusader over fighter if you're taking the spellsword dip.

In response to your question, Selene's builds would be god wizard with incantatrix goodness and full BaB. Maybe not planar shepherd craziness, but plenty to dominate your campaign.

If I dump fighter and human paragon then I would lose most of the BAB they would give. Would trading the BAB they offer be worth taking more wizard and incantatrix?Well, yes, but that's not why I recommended it. As I said, I recommend using Divine Power (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/divinePower.htm), so your BAB is always full, rather than being below level-appropriate for a front-liner, and since you're not wasting levels, you don't lose out on being an actual wizard.

Anyways if I did the trade what would the build be able to do persay?Honestly, you can pretty much decide whatever you want your AC to be as a wizard, even without Abjurant Champion. A strong buff array will get you where you need to be, generally speaking. A good example of this principle taken to its conclusion are things like Team Solar (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?188138-Team-Solars-(Archiving)) and Priya (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?280365-Priya-the-Prismatic-Priestess-Buffs-Across-the-Spectrum), although I suspect they're far beyond what you want. But if you want Abjurant Champion, that's a perfectly fine choice, and you can totally manage it without wasting levels on Fighter. If you are a Half-Giant(electing to not advance in the racial levels from Complete Psionics), an LA 0 outsider, or even any flavor of Elf, you get martial proficiencies for free, or if you're dead-set on human, a level of Ruathar(RotW) will get you a martial proficiency for a single level with no CL loss. The only reason I was recommending Incantatrix is simply that incantatrix is pretty much amazing at every level you can take it, so there's generally very little reason to not take more once you're in.

Okay nice, I understand a little more. So taking out fighter and stuff and keeping just the caster levels, I'd be a bit more powerful then the build I had created?
So all in all to keep the build similar as per spell wise and persisting spells, go wizard 5/ incantatrix x/ ???
I'm trying to follow and be able put some stuff together. I also didn't even realize those builds we're out there I'm reading through them now.

EDIT: So I'm gunna give the reworking a try. I was human race and cuz I could weilded a Full blade (just thought it'd be cool to try haha.) What would be a better race and level substitution?

EDIT 2: So I played around with the new classes as I just got out of work not to long ago. What about something like..
Wizard 5/ Incantatrix 3/ Wyrm Wizard 2..
Would this be viable to the original build? I feel as though I'm stepping further into a more powerful build, haha.
