Is Adamantine armor, in AL, a magic item item to be traded or a non-magical item to be sold?

It falls under "Magic Items" in the DMG, so it's considered a magic item for AL, iirc.

As far as I can tell any Weapon or Armor that has a special property is a magic item, even if that property only stems from the material it's made of.
