hello playgrounders

i have yet another crazy idea only this time it's insane. i am hoping to join a game that is a level 40 and tristalt. like gestalt but 3 classes. the idea is to build a gundam and pilot it i was planning on using either the mithral golem or a cannon golem and basically riding inside casting spells from a hole in the chest and letting the golem attack in melee that is my goal is it possible?

if that idea is not possible then how would i get close to it?

if this idea wouldn't work at all then how would i make ironman?

The Spheres of Might Technician class has an archetype called 'Suit Pilot' wherein they basically can build an armored suit like Iron Man or at higher levels, a Gundam since it gets bigger. That's one option.

The other option that comes to mind is to see if your DM will let you port Warforged from 3.5, and take Warlock as one of your classes with Eldritch Glaive. Why pilot a Gundam when you can BE a Gundam?

There are also rules somewhere for making golems that are piloted like a Gundam, pretty much exactly as you desire, but I don't remember where they are, since I wasn't the one who used them.

Summoner's Eidolon could work.
Take the Large>Huge Evolutions, flavor it as looking "armored", take a bunch of relevant evolutions, etc...
If doing Unchained Summoner, then Inevitable fits, making them the Construct type, with related bonuses ("Inevitable eidolons appear as a mixture between clockwork constructs and idealized humanoid statues.").

On the 'riding in the golem' part, it sadly doesnt work within the rules without GM adjudication to the contrary.
Dont use Golem Armor, it's awful.

You could find a creature you can ride in and use either the Monster Creation (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/bestiary/monsterCreation.html) rules to yank the ride-inside-able superpower off it and cram said superpower into a Golem modifying its CR appropriately as you go.

OR you could combine your ride-inside-able monster with the golem using the 3rd party Amalgam template (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/amalgam-creature-cr-special/).

Either way I recommend building your Golem with pricing derived from its CR. The process can be found in my extended sig and on the PRD here (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ultimateMagic/magic/buildingAndModifyingConstructs.html).

Just a straight Aegis with mild refluffing works. You make make yourself huge, with powerful build and built in flame-thowers. What more do you need?
