Psionic Celestials?

So I am trying to work through some back story for my group and the idea of the main PC being half celestial came up as very interesting option. But he is a psionic and comes from a Psionic bloodline, worshipping a FR Psionic god.

Are there any celstials that are more psionic then arcane/divine?

Any book/version/game are welcome...

Couatls? Good-aligned native outsiders rather than true celestials, but they're probably your best bet.
