Some Rule Clarification

Hi guys, I'm using the Ultimate Monk class found here (http://www.liquidmateria.info/wiki/Ultimate_Monk), and I need some help. I'm using a couple of feats from the same wiki, Monk Weapon Training and Flurry of Blows (http://www.liquidmateria.info/wiki/Ultimate_Adaptation_Feats), but the rules for them seem to be partially contradictory. Specifically, under Flurry of Blows is says that only unarmed attacks count, but Monk Weapon Training says that for the purpose of flurry of blows et al..., I can use whatever weapon I chose.

Anybody know or have a good idea of how this is supposed to work?

It would seem that Monk Weapon Training refers to the original rules for FoB (PHB) while Flurry of Blows provides new and more restricted rules for FoB.
