Ability Score Increase-Tibbits are nimble and light on their feet. Your Dexterity score increases by 2.

Age-Tibbits mature a bit faster than humans, and live a little longer. They are full grown by age 17, and typically live to be 120.

Alignment-Tibbits are free spirited, and typically chaotic over lawful. They are, however, good-hearted, and rarely evil.

Languages-Common, and one other language of your choice.

Size-Tibbits, in humanoid form, stand anywhere from 3' to 4'6". Your size is small.

Speed-Your base walking speed, in humanoid form, is 25'.

Darkvision-Out to 60', usual black and white.

Of Two Bodies-Tibbits are either werecats or catweres. No one's really sure. But, what IS known, is that tibbits are able to transform between a small, humanoid form (that bears startlingly cat-like features) and the form of an actual cat. As an action, a tibbit may transform between their humanoid and cat form. While in cat form, you gain a +10' bonus to your move speed, a climb speed equal to your land speed, and three natural attacks. Two claws, which deal 1d2 slashing damage, and one bite, which does 1d3 piercing damage. All these weapons are both Light and Finesse. However, you cannot use any equipment while in cat form, unless a common housecat would be able to use it. Most magic items will transform into an appropriate form (an amulet becoming a collar, for instance, or magical leather armor becoming a battlekitty harness) but mundane equipment does not.

All stats stay the same in cat form, except for size. You are tiny while in cat form.

Speak To Cats-Tibbits are under a constant Speak With Animals effect, though it only works with cats.

Battle Kitty!

Ability Score Increase-Being bred for war, you are extra hardy. Your Constitution score increases by 1.

Sharper Fangs And Claws-Your natural weapons damage dice increase by one step, and an additional step at level eleven.

Battle Transformation-Once per long rest, you may enter a state of battle for one minute as an action. While in this state, you grow to Medium size, and take on the fearsome appearance of a war cat. You gain temporary HP equal to twice your level, +4 to Strength and Constitution (to a max of 30, and granting you additional max HP while it lasts), and your bite does 1d10 damage and your claws do 1d8.

Pet Cat

Ability Score Increase-Bred for living in the lap of luxury and gaining obedience from all loyal household members, your Charisma increases by 1.

Fluffy Demands-You gain proficiency in the Persuasion skill, and the ability to make your demands known even when you're a cat. In addition, you know the Friends cantrip. At level three, you may cast Suggestion once per long rest, and at level five, Charm Person. Charisma is your casting stat.

Spooky Cat

Ability Score Increase-You are wise beyond your kitty years. Your Wisdom score increases by 1.

Telepathy-You can communicate telepathically with any creature that shares a common language within 30'. They cannot respond mentally-they must speak normally.

Minor Telekinesis-You have rudimentary psionic abilities, enabling you to handle objects much better than a normal cat. While in humanoid form, you may cast Mage Hand at-will. While in cat form, you can manipulate objects weighing no more than five times your proficiency bonus in pounds at a range of five feet, though doing so takes no action. This allows you to, among other things, wield weapons or foci while in cat form.

And, most importantly, to knock stuff off shelves. Repeatedly.

This made me laugh FAR MORE than it should've.

Thank you. :)

Two claws, which deal 1d2 slashing damage, and one bite, which does 1d3 piercing damage.

1d2? 1d3? I'm fairly certain 5e's design has been pretty against these weird dice, and for good reason; they're pitifully weak.

Also, something that hasn't come up too often, but it does matter to me for some continuity. Tibbit's are still shapechangers and should be subject to and treat by spells and abilities as though they were. I meant the same is true for a lot of base races from previous editions (Tibbit, Shifter, Changeling, Hengeyokai, etc).
