-The first which came to mind is the Sim of a high level Wizard has been sent to run the local crime organization on behalf of the Wizard. The Sim may be half out of spell slots and at half of his half hit points so he wouldn't be THAT impossible to kill. Then the party sees him melt away.
-A Sim sent on a mission gets fooled into following the orders of a bad guy who used a Disguise type spell to imitate the Sim's creator?
-All kinds of similar nefarious things involving a Sim of a noble's attractive wife/daughter who is created by a bad guy to work in the local establishment of ill repute or just be the property of the bad guy.
-A wizard makes a Sim of his child who follows his orders perfectly and he begins ignoring his real child. The child gets powers and goes after dad and the Sim.
-A physically weak wizard created a Sim of a dumb Hill Giant to do construction work and chores. The dumb Sim knocked the wizard out accidentally putting him into a coma and then the Sim freaks out going bezerk on the town.
What do you all have?
