How would you stat out Seelie/Unseelie court fey?

Aside from the obvious dragon magazine templates, of course.

Manual of the Planes says to add the half-celestial and half-fiend templates to elves to make seelie and unseelie fey respectively, presumably changing their type to Fey instead of Outsider.

So fey aficionados of giantitp, how do you stat up the fey?
