Somewhere back in the 2000s there was a handheld game (not scannerz) that had pixel parts that you could evolve or something and you had to explore dungeons to get better ones. You could fight other players as well. One of the commercials on TV had people on a bus competing as well as the bus driving away (something like that). Can't remember the name of it now.
