Caster Flexibility Question

Alright so better is subjective for sure. But which is more flexible, grants the greater amount of versatility per day.

Ok so the question is which is more versatile, has more flexibility and adaptability.
Arcanist with their Quick Study exploit.

The standard Sorcerer

The Wizard with the Flexible Wizardry feats and Fast Study Discovery?

Or
The Exploiter Wizard with Quick Study exploit, Flexible Wizardry Feats, and the Fast Study discovery?

And I mean for the amount of investment you would need to put into each of these with their choices.

Well I would think the exploiter wizard with the feats and fast study is the most flexible but it's also the one to pour the most resources into being so.
