Cross Crystal Sphere Communications?

My campaign runs across several Spelljammer Crystal Spheres and typically its just ships running between them for deliveries of this or that.

Do things like Telepathic Bond or Interplanar Bond work through Crystal Spheres? If not what kind of comms are viable, telepathically/psionically?

Ok then, does anyone have any feeling about the houserule that say Krynn and Toril are on the same plane, just different locations so anything "on the same plane" works fine? Not sure how else to go here...

My understanding is that Krynn and Toril count as on different planes ("alternate material planes" or something to that effect). Hence Interplanar Telepathic Bond should work.

If you go by 2E Spelljammer rules:

The Phlogiston and all the Crystal Spheres make up The Prime.

Any spell that can cover a distance of ''anywhere on the same plane'' can reach another Crystal Sphere.

And any spell that uses the Ethereal or Astral plane, might, be able to ignore the distances.

Aspect Mirror, from Complete Scoundrel, works. Or the spell Whispering Sand from Sandstorm.

Note that the Spheres of Toril, Kyrnn and Oreth are all in line and close to each other in the Phlogiston...so travel and communication is easy.
