Necromancer Sorcerer character

So I've been considering the concept of creating a Divine Soul sorcerer who has a connection to some sort of death deity and as a result has the Animate Dead spell (a cleric spell that the Divine Soul sorcerer can have).

I was wondering what other spells/feats could be used thematically with this character?

no feats themed for necromancy specifically but most normal mage feats are good. for spells any necromancy or conjuration spell will do.
