I just want to be sure I understand the basics of how the MoS summons incorporeals. According to the text for second level, the MoS can summon undead 3 + Charisma mod per day.

Does this mean that with a Cha of 18, a second-level MoS can summon seven shadows in seven consecutive rounds? And if so, does the MoS use his total character level to calculate the duration for each one, or just his levels in MoS?

Yes, your math is correct, and a master of shrouds could summon stuff for 7 consecutive rounds if they wanted to.
