Cursed Items and Voodoo

Hello everyone, i'm building a Voodoo Character (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?559561-Voodoo-Witch-Doctor-(Character)-PEACH), and now i need some help with it's items, be them mundane or magical. I was interested into grabbing a few cursed cheap items, that could work, but i have 0 knowledge of cursed items, also i need cool ideas for items i could use that have that darkish voodoo feeling. Even if it's not entirely voodoo a reflavor with same effects could work to.
So please throw at me all your ideas!
