Alright so considering picking up a Wizard for game. But I am curious about somethings.
1. How long does it take to remove a necklace and put on a new one?
2. Given that this item requires only Craft Wonderous Item, and the spell Permanency and costs 10,000. Can you make another item of the same kind? Like say a Bracers of Magecraft? Or a Headband of Magecraft?
3. What are the best schools to choose from with this, what school have the better utility spells.
