Shifter Barb Help

I've fallen in love with the idea of an unarmored shifter barbarian. I'm thinking ancestral guardian, but I'm not locked into it.

What I'm having trouble with is how to make the most out of it. None of my stats are great (point buy) and I'm not sure which skills to take to be useful for my party outside of hitting things.

We currently have a fighter, wizard, warlock, and druid.

The fighter is. He's going TWF, Dex build. I think the Druid might once she gets wild shape. The warlock, I have no idea what she's planning.
