Are all Tiefling subraces from "Fiendish options" official now?

The title says it, I don't own the new tome of foes but heard that the infernal options tieflings are there... but are them the same as in the UA? Were they nerfed, improved or something?

And are there all of the subraces or just a few ones? I'm mostly interested in glasya, Sariel and dispater ones but any info is useful.

The infernal tiefling subraces made it through mostly unchanged from the Unearthed Arcana article. The only changes that I can see are:

Dispater - replaces invisibility with detect thoughts
Mephistopheles - replaces magic missile with burning hands and web with flame blade

I see, well the change to Mephistopheles make sense.
