A horrendous, Frankensteinian amalgamate of 3.5, 5e and homebrew, but both the polymorph spell and the barbarian's rage effect are using the 3.5 rules.

Yes, why wouldn't you? It's a class ability, not a racial one. This makes as much sense as asking if your BaB remains the same when you Polymorph.

What Necrotic said, you dont suddenly lose the ability to rage because you're a rabbit.
