Building a flavorful Cleric of Sehanine

Sehanine is the Unaligned Goddess of Love, Moon, and Trickery. Yet there are very few powers for Clerics (actually, in this case, I'm trying to build a Cleric|Warlord to fulfill the various functions of the Leader role) that mechanically model such spheres, and the ones that do exist kinda suck.

So, does anyone have ideas for how to go about building such a character? I'm not so interested in maintaining the canonical bow-themed mechanics the game introduces, but rather a character who embodies the flavor of Love, Moon, and Trickery while still being a mechanically sound Leader....

"Love" and "Trickery" to me say Charisma. So ... refluffed Bard or Ardent? Bard powers seem to fit the three domains better than any other leader class. (Plus bards are more incentivized to use bows, if you change your mind about that aspect.)
