Is there a way to have the same effect of "share spell" with another character or cohort? Spell/feat/item?

War Weaver prestige class (Heroes of Battle) lets you effectively do this for a bunch of allies at once.

This largely depends on the Edition: Pathfinder has the Share Spells Feat, which is a Teamwork feat that allows you to share personal ranged spells at a range of touch.
The Bracelets of Spell Sharing are really nifty, and I will ask for some in a future game.
Another method to do so would be 3.0's Channel Power (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20010928a), which allows the manifestation of personal ranged powers on allies, which with transparency applies to Spells.

There's another handful of abilities you might find, but not many easily accessible.
