Our party keeps running into monsters that can stun, paralyze, poison or otherwise inflict conditions on us. Is there a good way to heal stuff like this? The spells I can find seem to cover only a small set of conditions, and learning a *bunch* of spells for this seems like too much.

Failing a good solution, is there a compact table of what heals what?

Pretty sure power word: heal is the only cure for stunning. The other conditions you mentioned are all cured by lesser restoration and Elixirs of Health.

If no one's found a table by the time I get back from work tonight, I'll look into making one.

Lesser Restoration heals blinded, deafened, paralyzed, and poisoned. Greater Restoration will heal exhaustion, charmed, and petrified. That leaves frightened, grappled, incapacitated, prone, restrained, stunned, and unconscious. Getting rid of prone and grappled is simple, incapacitated is usually attached to other conditions, and unconscious is dealt with either by healing someone if they're at 0 HP, or shaking them awake if they're not. Dealing with the restrained condition usually requires some kind of ability check or saving throw, but if you want a spell then there's always Freedom of Movement, which is a solid buff on its own. Heroism can make you immune to being frightened, but only bards and paladins get it, but you can also simply remove the source of fear from vision, probably by either casting Fog Cloud or Darkness near it. Stunned is a rare but dangerous condition, from memory there's not many monsters that can inflict it so I'm curious about what your DM is throwing at you that you come across it so regularly.

For a full list:
Blinded: Lesser Restoration, Heal, Mass Heal
Charmed: Calm Emotions, Greater Restoration, Protection from/Dispel Evil and Good for certain creature types, Mind Blank, Power Word Heal
Curse: Remove Curse, Greater Restoration
Deafened: Lesser Restoration, Heal, Mass Heal
Exhaustion: Greater Restoration
Frightened: Heroism, Calm Emotions, Protection from/Dispel Evil and Good for certain creature types, Heroes' Feast, Power Word Heal
Grappled: Freedom of Movement, or just be good at Athletics/Acrobatics
Incapacitated: Just get rid of whatever other condition is causing it
Paralyzed: Lesser Restoration, Freedom of Movement, Power Word Heal
Petrified: Greater Restoration
Poisoned: Purify Food and Drink if you're paranoid, Lesser Restoration, Heroes' Feast,
Prone: Power Word Heal (or you could just stand up)
Restrained: Freedom of Movement
Stunned: Power Word Heal
Unconscious: Cure Wounds should do the trick

It's a fairly big list, but most monsters that inflict conditions will allow you to make a save on subsequent turns, so anything that gives you advantage on or bonuses to saves is your friend. Bless especially is amazing for a 1st level spell.

Never adventure without a bunch of antitoxin vials.

The best healing in D&D is preventative healing.
Bless is a first level spell that adds 1d4 to your party's attacks and to their saving throws. Paladins add their charisma to party saving throws. Both will have a big impact on everything you listed without burning too many spells.

It may also be useful to inflict some effects yourself instead of waiting for the enemy to do it. Its normally better to use spells as a means to stop the enemy from inflicting damage rather then healing the damage afterwards.
