One of my players is building his new character, a runepriest, and I just happened to notice none of the runepriest's at-will powers damage is increased to 2[W] at 21st level. Is that correct or was it errated after the PHB3 release? If the damage is intented to be 1[W], is the class ok with that? Does the runepriest gain something to compensate?
I know the class is kind of scrapped and never got much attention from WotC, and the later releases of 4e had a lot of problems, so I came here to see if I should leave it like that or increase the damage at 21st level to be like every other at-will attack power.
Thanks.

It probably wouldn't break anything, but I have to presume that it's because the Rune state riders get better as your stat bonus increases. It looks to me like the only power that does have a level 21 change is the Destruction version of Rune of Diminishment, presumably because it doesn't associate itself with a stat and therefore doesn't get a naturally increasing bonus.
