I have some third-party favorites for Pathfinder, and they get mentioned pretty often (Way of the Wicked, ZEITGEIST, Sword of Air, etc.), but I rarely see any discussion over 3e's. Besides Rappan Athuk, which has already been ported to Pathfinder.

Necromancer games has a lot that I enjoyed, but the only one of the top of my head I can think of is The Tomb of Abysthor

There of course is the world's largest dungeon

Lastly there is Gary Gygax's Necropolis.

Didn't Paizo make a lot of the best 3rd party 3.x adventures? Hence their built-in audience for Pathfinder.

Tomb of abysthor has a very good 3.5 update that's fan made. If you want a dungeon crawl Google it I enjoyed running it.

My favorite is EN Publishing's War of the Burning Sky.

My real life campaigns continue in the world created from this twelve adventure arc.

I seem to recall that alot of popular modules from Frog God Games (such as The Northlands Saga and Stoneheart Valley) were originally written for D&D 3.5, but were later adapted to Pathfinder.

That's a good one. I bought the PDF for $10. It is 700 pages long though.

My group plays 3.5 (among other things), we have greatly enjoyed many of the 1-20 Pathfinder adventure paths.

I wish I had that whole compilation, from what I've heard and read about, there are extra goodies in the compilation that were not part of the original twelve adventures when they came out individually.

Shackled City and Savage Tide were pretty good ones by Paizo.

Wasn't Age of Worms compiled as well? I've heard it's quite good
