Hell Rising is a free, browser based zombie/vampire survival game. (http://www.hellrising.com/index.php) I have a level 13 vampire, and its a lot of fun. The playing area is pretty small, but there aren't too many people in it either. This means that there is a lot of fights between active characters at the same time, which is good. And since there aren't too many people, too me at least, it is fairly easy for beginners to level up quickly.
