Couatl forms

So Im getting conjure celestial as a divine soul sorcerer and trying to make the most out of the one and only cr4 celestial i can find the Couatl. The spellcasting will be nice, but I'm also trying to get some good use out of the ability to turn into beasts and humanoids of CR 4 or lower.

What beasts and humanoids would you find useful for a 2 hour (extend spell) coatl to change into and why?



PS No homebrew or UA. Only phb, mm, volo's, mtof etc.

Its hp doesnt change so using it to tank wont be that great,

A Veteran. Lot of combat potential, decent armor.

The Martial Art Adept can also be interesting.

Even animals like cats can be good as scouts.

Anything that can fly is good for scouting, turning into a mount can be fun for any mounted combatants.

As far as additional utility, asking it for some venom could be incredibly useful for dealing with dangerous prisoners.
