School Savant - Optimizing My Blaster

I have chosen to play a full caster , something I have never done before. I got the idea from The Japanese Series overlord basing my caster off of the overlord ulbert alain odle (world disaster) even using that name. The Character I'm basing my caster on is known for his powerful Blasting magic (and is like a walking Artillery)

I am choosing to Play my character as A bit older than what I am used to (Aging him to 54 years) yes I'm Playing a human

I'd like Advice on My feats and how to Get the save Dc of my Blasting spells as High as I can get them

Starting out at level 6 and will make it to level 15

Well, you have the usual "Arcane Thesis" options in Wayang Spellhunter and Magical Lineage. Apply to one evocation, e.g. Fireball for simplicity's sake, and add stuff like Dazing Spell (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/metamagic-feats/dazing-spell-metamagic/) or Toppling Spell (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/metamagic-feats/toppling-spell-metamagic/) (goes doubly for Magic Missile) to combine CC and damage. Other than that, pick a race that can take damage enhancing favoured class options (they do add up), one of the archetypes (I'd just go for more slots to be honest), maxed casting stat, picking spells to cover a variety of nichés and elements and so on.

EDIT: Oh yeah, you can dip 1 level in Crossblooded Sorcerer (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/sorcerer/archetypes/paizo-sorcerer-archetypes/crossblooded) for Orc and Draconic bloodline powers both granting +1 damage per die. Getting +2 per die (so +20 on Fireball) on all your Whatever spells is pretty nice even if it costs you a spell level.
