Lowest cr creature with regeneration

What is the lowest cr pathfinder creature with regeneration? (excluding templates because it makes that too much easy due to cr lowering templates and to templates with negative costs that can grant regeneration)

Well there are two CR 1 creatures with regeneration. But one limited to terrain and one is limited to a subspecies, which make them kinda iffy.

Or if the CR 1 don't count because of the stated reasons, there are two CR 2 trolls:

The wood idol might be limited to one terrain but it is easy to trigger it:


A wood idol’s regeneration only functions while it is standing on wood, grass, or earth. Fire deals normal damage to a wood idol.
So just buy wooden footwear.(you might have an angry person pursuing you and throwing books at you afterwards)
And it gets fire resistance too(it takes damage but it is not said the damage is fire damage) so I think it is probably a quite great level 1 character.(expect for the very low movement speed)
