Lost Mine of Phandelver Spell Scroll replacement

I'm currently running Lost Mine of Phandelver, and in the adventure as published all the spell scrolls are meant to be usable by either the wizard or the cleric pregen characters. The party I'm running it with, however, is Wizard, Rogue, Paladin, Sorcerer, so a couple of the spell scrolls (specifically Augury and Silence), wouldn't be usable by any of them. I'd like to give loot the party can use, so what would be good spells to replace those two with?

Do you want them to remain scroll-like consumables still? Because you can just change out the scroll for a rune marked on a stone that crumbles to dust once used, or other reflavoring.

I'd probably like to keep them as spell scrolls, yeah. It seems like the cleanest and simplest solution, just swap out the spells to something the party can actually cast.

Not even that, just change the method so it's not limited to classes that aren't present. Unless you think other spells are more fun, then that certainly works.

Potions are also an alternative.
