Is there a way to add Divine Power to the Sorcerer Spell List without the 5th level ACF?

I'm trying to add Divine Power to the Sorcerer Spell List while only taking 4 levels of sorcerer.

If you read the sorcerer section very closely, there is the implication that you can learn spells off the class list by simply asking for them from the DM.


Spells
A sorcerer casts arcane spells which are drawn primarily from the sorcerer/wizard spell list. He can cast any spell he knows without preparing it ahead of time, the way a wizard or a cleric must (see below).

Compare that to any other caster. No other caster has such a vague opening about cross list spells.

There's an interview from a game designer that I don't feel like looking up, where they talk about how they Envision the sorcerer being a kind of "theme wizard". The reason that language is there is so that a lightning sorcerer could get some of those cool lightning spells from the cleric or druid lists.

Arcane Disciple will get you the spll with say, war domain, but if you want a straight up addition to the list there's always rainbow servant.

Take the extra spell feat? Doesn't specify anything other than one level lower than the highest you could cast. So level 12 for a standard sorcerer, or anytime after you get 5ths. Or cheese it as a 3rd from runescarred berserker at lvl 9.
