Class Features
All of the following are class features of the lunar druid.

Weapon and Armour Proficiencies
A lunar druid gains no additional weapon or armour proficiencies.

Lunar Blessing (Su)
A lunar druid gains low-light vision, scent, any racial feats and racial skill bonuses of her lunar form (even when not in lunar form), and damage reduction/silver equal to her caster level. Furthermore, she gains the [Shapechanger] subtype and is immune to all forms of lycanthropy.

Lunar Companion (Ex)
Lunar druid levels stack with levels of druid for the purpose of determining an animal companion's abilities. A lunar druid's animal companion must be an animal matching her lunar shape (see below). She may select a dire version of that animal if her effective druid level is high enough to select an alternate animal companion (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/classes/druid.htm#alternativeAnimalCompanions).

A lunar druid's animal companion gains damage reduction/silver equal to her caster level.

Lunar Empathy (Su)
At 1st level, a lunar druid may use her wild empathy to influence the attitudes of magical beasts without penalty. She may influence the attitudes of creatures with the [Shapechanger] subtype (except for other lunar druids) in the same way, even if they have Intelligence scores of 3 or greater.

Lunar Morality (Ex)
At 1st level, a lunar druid no longer loses her druid class features for adopting a non-neutral alignment. Instead, she loses her class features for adopting a non-chaotic alignment.

Lunar Shape (Su)
At first level, a lunar druid may use her wild shape ability an additional number of times per day equal to her Wisdom modifier. However, she may only use it to adopt the form of a particular animal, dire animal, or hybrid lycanthrope, depending on her alignment (see below).

While in lunar shape, a lunar druid gains a bonus to her Constitution, Dexterity, and Strength scores each equal to one-half her caster level.

Alignments & Lunar Shapes

Alignment
Form

Chaotic evil
Wolf/Werewolf

Chaotic neutral
Tiger/Weretiger

Chaotic good
Bear/Werebear

Spells (Ex)
When a new lunar druid level is gained, the character gains new spells per day as if she had also gained a level in any one divine spellcasting class she belonged to before he added the prestige class. She does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. This essentially means that she adds the level of lunar druid to the level of whatever other divine spellcasting class the character has, then determines spells per day and caster level accordingly. If a character had more than one divine spellcasting class before she became a lunar druid, she must decide to which class she adds each level of lunar druid for the purpose of determining spells per day.

Pack Leader (Ex)
At 10th level, a hive druid becomes a master lycanthrope. She may use her lunar shape ability at will, and may rebuke and command animals and dire animals matching her lunar shape as an evil cleric of her caster level rebukes undead. She may command any number of animals in this way.

Additionally, she gains the curse of lycanthropy special attack. Any afflicted lycanthrope she creates is under her control while in animal form, and immediately comes under her permanent control if it ever voluntarily changes to animal or hybrid form. She may command up to twice her caster level in Hit Dice of lycanthropes in this way.

Curse of Lycanthropy (Su)
Any humanoid or giant hit by a lunar druid’s natural attacks in lunar shape must succeed on a Fortitude save (DC 10 + 1/2 lunar druid's caster level + lunar druid's Charisma modifier) or contract lycanthropy.

The actual abilities look good, but I don't think it should be a PrC. With the very restrictive prereqs (you have to enter as a druid 5) and getting everything except Pack Leader at 1st level, it would make much more sense as a variant druid or set of substitution levels than a PrC. Lunar Companion, Lunar Empathy, and Lunar Shape replace Animal Companion, Animal Empathy, and Wild Shape, Lunar Blessing would probably replace Trackless Step, and Pack Leader would replace Elemental Wild Shape and any enhancements to it.

Yeah I remembered variant classes were a thing this JUST as I was finishing it up (after writing the Hive Druid too) haha. Definitely a more elegant option.

I'll second making this a substitution level or variant class.
