Greetings! I recall reading a while back about a spell- pretty sure it's from the Transmutation school- that turns the target into an ooze like form, giving it huge penalties to pretty much everything. In fact, I think it has to make Wisdom checks or something of the sort to even act each round.
Amorphous Form from Spell Compendium was my first choice, but it has this clause:
Target: Willing corporeal creature touched
And it clearly is meant to benefit the recipient of the spell, which isn't what i had in mind. I know there are a bunch of sources out there, but if anyone has heard of a spell similar to that, please let me know here. Probably Lords of Madness, may have to look there
