DM made a Deity that's interesting

The deity has the following stuff

Favored Weapons: Dagger, Longbow, Greatsword
Favored Animals: Hawk, Panther

and the really interesting bits are
Domains: While a set that I'm not sure of yet, worshipers with access to domains can select from any non-prestige domain

Special: Worshipers of this deity may qualify for any feat, item, effect, etc. requiring worship of another deity. This includes stuff like Raptor Arrows, Initiate feats, or even substitution levels and prestige classes.

So how best could a character use this? Are there any powerful synergies that arise when worship qualifications are nulled?

I daresay this isn't even a deity, but an excuse for worshippers of ideals not to have really bad stuffTM to happen to them in the Forgotten Realms.

I dunno what exactly a "prestige" domain is, but you should probably take this unless there are noticeable consequences (i.e Worshippers of this deity are being hunted down by clerics of other deities). You might finally have a deity that has both the Planning and Undeath domains, though.
