What are the Best 3rd Level or Lower Spells and Psionic Powers for Sculpted Spell?

Assuming that you have a lesser metamagic rod of sculpted spell and that sculpted spell works on psionic powers due to transparency due to a minor house rule?

If you happen to know how to use Truespeak, I'm fond of sculpted Scramble True Position. It's not as game-winning as, y'know, Grease and Glitterdust and all those classics, but it's super entertaining.

Fort+Reflex or Reflex+Will-Energy Stun-2nd (big size increase in area covered)

Surely there are other gems? How would dispel magic work with the counter-spell option? How about invisibility sphere?

Energy Stun and Energy Push are each level 2 general Psi/Wild powers with very small areas. Increasing the area would be significant.

Energy Burst is a level 3 general Psi/Wild power; Energy Cone is a Discipline power with the same damage, but with a better area type. Sculpt changes the former into the latter, plus more.

Energy Push is a ray, sculpt spell only works with area spells thus no rays or effect spells.

Energy Burst is great, the downside is its range is 40-ft. which is roughly equal to close. Energy Cone's Range is 60-ft. and sometimes that 20 extra feet helps in outdoor combat where someone can get mighty close to hurting you due to things like the run command.

Invisibility Sphere would be way more accommodating

Aside from Frost Breath, Nauseating Breath is another breath weapon spell to benefit from sculpting

Blacklight is definitely better combined with Sculpt Spell
