PoT/Blackguard/Hexblade

What are the nice ways to finish off a Debuff-paladin build?

I think about Paladin of Tyranny 4/Hexblade 4/Blackguard 7 build, but it still gives me 5 open levels. Any advices?

I know about Entropomancer, I'm looking for other options.

Also, any nice feats? I'll propably go for Binding chain for Focalor's Aura of Sadness.

Race is Shadow Gnome for RP reasons (I know, +2 LA sucks), + Unseelie Fey template.

Actual Saves debuffing:
- 2 (PoT)
- 2 (Blackguard)
- 2 (Hexblade)
- 2 (Focalor)
- CHA modifier (UF)

What I want from this build
- Tanking ability
- Saves debuff
- Rebuke Undead to use Lolth's Caress
