Is their anyway to create mercy using multiclass
Or would it have to be homebrewed.

I'd say the Divine Soul in XGtE gets pretty close. It has cleric magic (bless is basically a damage boost), self healing and temporary wings, at least. I don't think you could be any more Mercy than that without breaking the game.

But full level into divine soul or like pop out into walock undeath for ranged spare the dying.

Mercy, as in the Overwatch character? She's a pretty bog-standard Life domain Cleric, by my reckoning.
If you want to be fancy, I guess the Pact of the Celestial Warlock from Xanathar's Guide to Everything has the ranged heals you're looking for. A one-level dip into the Grave domain Cleric (Also in Xanathar's) for a ranged Spare the Dying is your choice at this point.

(Also, this probably doesn't belong in Homebrew, but 'tis what it is)
