What Should My Subrace be

I'm making a war forged celestial warlock who will never sleep. To heal he will take short rests and cast healing spells on himself. He will take up to 8 short rests a day using his constant flow of spell slots to heal. My only question is what my sub race should be any ideas?

Envoy is the only way to give yourself a Charisma boost.
